The iPhone 12 went on sale more than half a year ago, and Apple is starting to look at its latest smartphone system, which is said to be called the iPhone 13. We don’t have any confirmation about the exact date of the release of Apple’s new iPhone yet, but we speculate it could be in September. Like last year’s announcement of the iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 event can only be online. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has speculated that Apple’s next event will be in full swing due to the technology company’s controversial decision to delay their return to work due to growing COVID-19 cases.
As the pandemic changes in 2020, marking the first Apple event in 8 years without an iPhone due to product delays, Koo predicts that 2021 will return to expected company trends. The March 24 report based on procurement information also pointed to the end of the September iPhone 13 release date. And an April report from DigiTimes quoted insiders in the industry saying that the production of new phone chips is premature, which should put the phone’s release out of the regular, early timeline. Notable design alterations are not to be expected, and the 2021 iPhones will have the most likely the feature set as the 2020 iPhones. Still, we can rely on camera development, fast A-series processor, new 5G chip from Qualcomm, extended battery life, and other tweaks on the note.
Design
There were reports that at least one variant of iPhone in 2021 would feature a brand new design that depends entirely on wireless charging technology. Still, reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that will not happen. Apple will continue to rely on Lightning for the foreseeable future without switching to USB-C, and there is no intangible design until MagSafe accessories become more common.

Display
We expect a little notch on the top side of screen, and while some news suggest it may be small, information obtained from the Chinese supply chain specifies that it will be smaller in size, taking up less space than an existing wallet. After a long period of evolved mobile displays, finally Apple has also plans for a variant having an ultra-fast 120Hz display which will be unarguably the most expensive variant of 13 series.

The iPhone 2020 layout will look similar to the 2020 iPhone range, with four devices measuring 5.4-inches, 6.1-inches, and 6.7-inches, while two iPhones are “Pro” models and two sets as low prices, affordable devices.
Color
Apple may be launching new shades with the iPhone 13 series, and the two rumored models are pink and orange. Next to those, we expect to see shades similar to the last-gen, such as purple, black, and white.

Camera
Apple is expected to pick up the camera in the iPhone 13 series, and two Pro phones could get an advanced ultra-wide shot. The iPhone 13 Pro can also get an improved phone camera, and some leaks suggest that the LiDAR can be present on all four models for a better view of depth.

Storage and CPU
The A15 chipset is likely to power each of these phones, but we still need to know how powerful that will be. There are many reports that Apple may introduce the 1TB iPhone for the first time in 2021 to accommodate offline media to a larger scale. However, there is also the support for iCloud plans for lesser storage variants.

Battery
If the iPhone 13’s large battery leak is right, you can expect a larger battery within the 2021 phones. This is predictable to know that with the iPhone 13 is going to have a 3,095mAh battery pack compared to the iPhone 12’s 2,805mAh. What would that mean? Expect an iPhone 13 that lasts longer than all the previous iPhones.
The end of the high price leak in terms of the iPhone 13 range suggests that future models will cost the same price range as the iPhone 12. That’s in line with what we were expecting. We’ll be sure to include a lot of iPhone price leaks and rumors as we hear, but below, you can see the prices of the iPhone 12 series, which we hope will be similar to the iPhone 13.

If any, prices may rise slightly this year. That is especially true outside the US, as there are rumors that the world will have access to mmWave 5G technology now supported by US iPhone 12s, raising the price. But we were not expecting a big change.
